Lets Go Fly A Kite

So last week we decided that since it is always windy here we needed a kite. Keegan loved the idea so we made a trip to the local Wal-Mart and quickly found the kites in the toys section. On one end display there was 2 different kinds. One package had a 24" kite and the other package, for the same price, had 2 kites measuring 22''. So logically we chose the package with 2 kites. Well, we let Keegan choose, he chose Iron Man over Transformers. (We were pushing for Transformers) So we buy the kites and head off to a school to fly them. We get there and Josh opens the package and just starts laughing. One kite is as listed 22'' and looks good

So needless to say, the packaging was very misleading.... I mean really, if I would have known that this was the second kite I would have said No Way!! We would have bought the bigger one. I mean serously, do you think this is even going to fly??


Anyhow, Keegan loves to run around the hose with the little one. So I guess there is some entertainment value in it. We have taken him out to fly the big one and loses intrest after about 5 min. Aparently throwing rocks is more fun.
