Craft project. A couple of tin cans, pictures ripped out of New Mexico travel mags and some Mod Podge. Keegan had a blast. And then decided he wanted mine instead of his own.

Keegan wanted to help make his sandwich, I turn around for just a second and when I turn back I see this. Should I just call him Joey?

The grossest dinner I've ever made. Ok, not really, the boys liked it but it had a sauce made from peanut butter and I HATE peanut butter. Made my house smell!

Not much to report, we extended here in ABQ for another 3 months. Which puts us here till sometime in May. Other than that it's just our daily stuff. Here's some new pics of the "daily stuff"

Or take trips to the aquarium. Here are the cute door handles to the aquarium. Keegan has fun but because we've been there so many times it's a quick activity. Which makes it great for both of us.

Here is a pic of my favorite little fish at the aquarium. Can you see him?? He's there I promise. It's the cutest little flounder that almost completely matches the sand on the bottom. Sometimes I can't find him.

We took ANOTHER picture in this bubble into the big aquarium.

We went to It'z. Kind of like Chuck E Cheese but with much better food and better games and no smelly sweaty kid smell. This boy of mine loves the skee-ball.

With all our tickets from It'z we had enough for an inflatable chair for Keegans room. Made me dizzy to blow it up.

So that's ABQ for the last couple of weeks.

I'm cheating a little, this is from the aquarium but I just love this little fish. Can you see him? He's a little flounder that soooo completely matches the bottom there are times that I can't find him.

Szechuan Beef and Broccoli from the Biggest Loser Cookbook. One of our favorite meals.

Szechuan Beef And Broccoli (I can't find Szechuan sauce here only Kung Pao)

1 lb top round steak sliced thin

1 tsp garlic powderSalt and Pepper to taste...

1 14oz bag frozen brocolli (or about 5 cups fresh, chopped)

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup bottled Szechuan sauce

In a lg bowl compine steak, garlic powder, salt and pepper toss until combined

In a lg skillet over high heat (mist with cooking spray) cook the brocolli and garlic until heated. Transfer to bowl

Spray the pan again, cook beef. Add broccoli back in and add 1/4 cup Szechuan sauce, stir and serve over brown rice.

Day 6

The 1st book in a new series I was told I had to read. Pretty cute.

Day 5

The only reason I don't insanely miss Cafe Rio. Twisters is so good that it almost replaces the desire for Rio.

Day 4

This was supposed to be a time out for arguing with me, I went in to let him know he could come out and this is what I found. Not sure how well this one worked in the discipline department.

Day 3

Another day stuck inside because of the cold and because Josh has the car. At one point I realized you could see all of our snowflakes even with the blinds closed.

Day 2

Blurry, terribly out of focus but I was told I had to take a picture of Iron Man and Spider Man. And as this was the only picture I took today, it's what you get.

Hope everyone had another wonderful holiday! Not unlike Christmas we spent it in ABQ, with just the 3 of us. Josh was supposed to work on New Years Day so he went to bed early on NYE, before Keegan actually. And I stayed up to watch the ball drop.....which I missed. Oh well, I'll try again next year. Lets hope 2011 proves to be a great one!

Project 365 Day 1

I decided to do a picture a day for the entire year. I started out only doing it on facebook but then realized some people would miss out. (That's assuming people still check this old blog of mine) So, here we go, a picture a day. It may not all be exciting or fun for you guys to look at but I think it will be a fun year in review.
