He is 3!!! I can't believe it!!!

I can not believe it!!! When did this happen. Time goes by sooo fast. Yesterday was Keegan's 3rd birthday. We had a lot of fun, and had a great day!!

I think this is my favorite pic of the day. Chef Keegan making play dough cookies.
This was in the morning as we started opening presents.

Uncle Jon gave his a set of velcro rackets and balls that stick to it.

Here is the present from "Pa" a very life like toy drill. We should have been warned about this one. He didn't want to open anything else after this one.

This is Jacey's box, full of the ingredients to make the delicious play-dough cookies.

The drill again, now out of the box and being put to good use.

Chef Keegan in the morning.

At Chuck-E-Cheese.
On a tiny carosel.

A big monster truck.

Making a wish. He didn't cry this year when we sang. He did tell us not to, but we did it anyway.

Finally able to get the whole chef outfit on. He looked so cute.

Working diligently on his materpiece.

Thanks everyone for making Keegans birthday great. He has had so much fun with all of his new stuff. He plays with all of it!

Valentines Weekend

This Valentines day we had a different kind of day. Unfortunately, my uncle Jerry passed away un-expectedly, a shock to us all! The Memorial open house was on Saturday, Valentines day. We drove to Montana on Friday and met all of my family. Some of which I hadn't seen in years, so long in fact that Josh hadn't met some of them. It was great to see all of my family, even if the reason for the gathering was so unfortunate.
Because it was Valentines day, I made the boys breakfast in bed. Luckily the hotel had a waffle maker. Keegan really enjoyed his breakfast.
Keegan made a new best friend. This is Chris, my cousin Matt's youngest boy. These 2 were so cute together. And the face that Chris is pulling is one that I am POSITIVE my parents have pictures of his dad doing the same one. Keegan also got a new dinosaur book, he told anyone who would listen about it.
Since my sisters husband Dan had never been to Hamilton, we walked around the little down town area. Dan has very sensitive ears, apparently, this is him wearing my moms scarf on his head to keep his ears warm.

Then when we got back to the car they got him a hat, my dad has a HUGE head.

And here is a pic of him smiling while wearing a hat.

All in all it was a good weekend, even if it was all because of a funeral. It was really good to see my Aunt and Cousin. I hope that they know how much they are loved.

Bubble Beard

Keegan playing in the tub. These tend to be my favorite pics.

Mouse nose that came with his kids meal.
Slowest slide I have ever seen. He would acutally get stuck and have to wiggle the rest of the way down.

Playing the small version of "Wack-a-mole"

Josh got a new video game. It is a game that involves a lot of shooting. This is Keegan getting in on the action. I am sure a pop gun is the gun of choice.

The mysterious disaperance of a certain large purple Dinosaur.

So for Christmas Keegan got tub crayons. Washable crayons to use on the walls of the tub. They came with multiple colors and a cute ducky sponge to wash the walls with. I do have to say that the instructions don't tell you just how much fun they are for mom to clean up. While they are washable my 3 year old doesn't have any intrest in washing the walls. Well this night I gave him the purple crayon, the next time I looked at the tub, it looked like Barney had met his demise in our tub. The purple turned out to be the hardest to get off. It actually stained our tub and I had to get out the Comet with bleach to cover up the scene of the crime. Keegan has a great time with these crayons, maybe next time they will be reserved for Jen and Ben's house. ha ha

This wouldn't happen to be the face of a trouble maker would it??
