Day 7


Szechuan Beef and Broccoli from the Biggest Loser Cookbook. One of our favorite meals.
Szechuan Beef And Broccoli (I can't find Szechuan sauce here only Kung Pao)

1 lb top round steak sliced thin

1 tsp garlic powderSalt and Pepper to taste...

1 14oz bag frozen brocolli (or about 5 cups fresh, chopped)

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 cup bottled Szechuan sauce

In a lg bowl compine steak, garlic powder, salt and pepper toss until combined

In a lg skillet over high heat (mist with cooking spray) cook the brocolli and garlic until heated. Transfer to bowl

Spray the pan again, cook beef. Add broccoli back in and add 1/4 cup Szechuan sauce, stir and serve over brown rice.
