We decided kind of last minute one day that we wanted to go camping. So we packed up our stuff and headed up to Spruces campground. After searching for the perfect spot we found one that would do. After all we were only staying one night.
We invited our friends Jerrid and Brie to come up and roast hot dogs and then smores. No pics of the eating but I did manage to snap a pic of these two cuties. Keegan and Audrey loved playing in the tent. They were certain that they had to go and get warm.
While we were sitting around the fire Brie looked up and saw this guy. He walked right through our campsite and down to the stream that we were by.
Well, we got up the next morning and packed everything up and headed back down to the valley. We had initally planned on staying 2 nights but the people at spruces seem to think that $20 a night is a fair price. We however, do not! Next time we will head up the canyon a little further and stay at Redmond campground where the toilets may not flush but the prices are much better.
